| Please read the info about the extra warranty that comes with all puppies. Click on the Banner and links at the bottom to get more information for this Limited Warranty. This warranty will reimburse certain vet bills up to $1000 or the purchase price of the pup, whichever is less. You must have Adobe Reader to view these files. The 1 year warranty form you fill out when you come pick up your pup and I then send in the completed form to the Pet Assurance warranty Service to cover your new baby. If your pup is being shipped I fill out the 1 year warranty form and it is shipped with your new baby along with a health folder and registration papers. When you recieve the warranty form you must sign and date it, also keep it in a safe place. The links below answer any questions you may have. |
